一 |     　　讯 近日，国家医保局印发《全民医疗保障“十五五”规划》（以下简称《规划》）。《规划》提出，“十五五”期间，基本医疗保险参保率将保持在95%左右；长期护理保险制度覆盖所有统筹地区；基本医保目录内住院费用基金支付比例职工医保稳定在80%左右，居民医保稳定在70%左右；基本医保基金即时结算支出覆盖率从2025年的70%左右提高到80%以上；所有统筹地区实现生育津贴直接发放到个人。    With each passing day, Nick Jonas is proving why he is our National Jiju. 二 | 推动统筹地区提升筹资、保障管理水平，提高基金抗风险能力和使用效率，到2029年基本医保基本实现省级统筹。　　“十五五”期间，国家医保局将大力推动参加职工医保的灵活就业人员、农民工、新就业形态人员参加生育保险。

三 | 　　全面落实参保女职工享受国家法定产假生育津贴待遇。推进辅助生殖技术规范有序应用，合理提升产前检查医疗费用保障水平，指导地方制定覆盖孕期基础检查的基本服务包，可参照门诊慢特病待遇支付。完善住院分娩医疗费用支付政策，推动基本实现生育保险政策范围内住院分娩个人“无自付”。
