二 |          　　刘晓军说，水是一个地区发展的生命线，落实河长制、保护水资源是惠民利民的重要民生实事，全县上下要始终压紧压实责任，坚持问题导向、结果导向，做好水质监测，加强结果分析，努力打造河畅、水清、岸绿、景美的水生态环境。         　　刘晓军说，要积极开展水网规划，整合利用现有的分散水资源，统筹推进水生态保护、人居环境改善及多元业态融合，真正做到以“水生态”盘活富民“水经济”。要扎实推进综合治理和生态修复，将河流治理与人居环境整治相结合，不断改善河道生态环境，确保河道安全、干净、畅通。         　　刘晓军说，当前，绥中县即将进入主汛期，各乡镇、部门要着力提升防汛减灾和水安全保障能力，加强河道日常巡护巡查，及时排查整改风险隐患，切实将隐患消灭在萌芽状态。要全力做好未成年人防溺水工作，开展常态化安全教育，加大巡查力度，切实筑牢防溺水安全防线。         　　在王宝镇王宝村综合市场项目调研过程中，刘晓军说，要大力发展村集体经济，因地制宜打造特色产业，不断创新村集体经济发展思路和模式，促进村民增收致富，助推乡村振兴。（刘佳栗）。
