众所周知，中国、法国、欧盟的政府高层撇开美国，在法国举行了一次三方会晤。在这场持续了一个半小时的会谈中，大家就中法关系、中欧关系以及最近国际社会的热点事件交换了意见，并最终达成了一些共识，也为今后中国和欧洲关系的发展奠定了基础。
值得注意的是，就在中、法、欧三方会晤结束后，中国和法国又另行开启了“小灶”，两国围绕中东局势、全球治理、农业以及AI技术等领域进行了交流和讨论，最终双方一拍即合，发表了4份联合声明并签署了18项合作协议。
而眼看中法关系走得如此之近，美国显然有些不淡定了，不到24小时，拜登便派人访华面谈。据北青网报道，拜登政府派出了美国副国务卿维尔马对中国进行了访问，期间是中国外交部副部长马朝旭会见的，双方就中美关系及彼此共同关心的话题进行了深度的会谈。
从交谈的内容可以看出，美国的态度没有之前强硬了，此前美国财政部长耶伦到访的时候，不但教起了中国做事，还扬言如果中国不答应美国要求，就要严厉制裁中国。
而维尔马此次到访，态度明显有所缓和，期间还对在华的美国企业表示了关切，并称希望中国能够给出一些优惠政策，保障美国企业拥有的良好外部环境。从这样一个细节也可以看出，美国想和中国开展合作。
那么，美国为什么会作出这样反常的举动呢？是基于哪些方面的考虑呢？
在我看来，这与中国和欧洲不少国家的关系日渐紧密，让美国产生了危机感不无关系，因此想在事情变得不可控之前，横插一脚。
要知道，法国算是西方比较具有代表性的国家之一，但是二战之后，美国的势力就逐渐向北约渗透，法国虽然是二战的战胜国，但在一定程度上同样也逃脱不了被美国“玩弄”的命运。
可以说，美国的一些行事作风也对法国的影响力造成了实质威胁。因此法国加强同中国的联系是十分明智的，可以在一定程度上抗衡美国影响力对其形成的侵蚀。
另一方面，中国一贯奉行的是独立自主的和平外交政策，以合作共赢为基调，因此在经济全球化的今天，加强国与国之间的交流，也是符合新时代发展的主题的。所以说，加强中法合作是有利于经济的持续发展的。

此外，在政治层面，法国作为欧洲“领头羊”，中法关系往更积极的方向发展，那么中国和整个欧洲的关系也将迈上一个新的台阶。到时候美国再想拉着盟友围堵中国的愿望，就会变得有些困难了。
可以说，中法合作既符合时代发展规律，也是两国切实利益所趋，而美国总统拜登急忙派人访华，看来是真着急了！
